We did this with the leadership and musicianship of Ed Nalle, Bob Kauflin, and GLAD. Bob did the arrangements, Ed produced it, and Glad did the rhythm tracks and backgound vocals. What a fun project.

Glad for a Reason was our first album together. It was kind of a tribute to Keith Green and some of the early musicians and writers who influenced our growth in the early years of our marriage. We have a couple of originals on this one. Most notable, was from our favorite--Psalm 139--entitled "Even There." It features some awesome--even today--guitar work by Wayne Farley, formerly of Found Free and Bash n' the Code. We produced it ourselves. What is so interesting is that even though it is vintage, early David and Marcy, it has a sense of blessing on it. We still enjoy hearing people's feedback about how it ministers to them.
