MARCY ALVES
Marcy is a co-founder with David and Administrative Director. She holds down the fort.
BOB MAGAN
Bob serves on the Executive Committee and is a fellow elder and co-Pastor with David at New Life Fellowship. Bob is is a portfolio manager of two mutual funds for Citizens Funds in Portsmouth, NH. He is a real asset to New Life, and FMI. We appreciate his leadership, spiritual gifts, management skills, vision, and partnership in the Gospel. He and Mary Beth have two daughers.
MARGARET JEFFERS
Margaret serves on the Executive Board at Frontline. She has founded and directed a local Daycare center. She graduated from Eastern College [now Eastern University], in St. Davids, PA. She has three children and her husband is the Administrative Pastor at New Life Fellowship in Concord, NH. Margaret and Bob travel to retreats and serve in worship and counsel when they are available. Margaret brings vision and insight to the board and oversees the "International Student Fund."
ROB BROWN
Rob Brown has served on the board for more than 13 years. Rob brings a level of expertise and integrity that glorifies Christ. His perspective on the renewal movement is helpful as we plan and envision ministries to the churches. He is involved in tent-making ministry through his corporation and business links to China. Here, Rob & his wife, Ruth, are both graduates of Berkshire Christian College and are pictured together. They have two sons currently serving in the military.
JEANNIE MONGE
Jeannie is one of our newest board members. She owns and manages the Bella Vida GardenCafe in West Cape May, NJ. She and husband Chris have founded youth ministries and spoken at retreats. Jeannie and Chris came to Christ through David and Marcy's ministry in the late 1980's. The Monges are passionate about outreach and youth and Jeannie is a welcome addition on the Board.
ROLAND MITCHESON
Roland is Pastor of the Middletown Springs Congregational Church in Middletown Springs, VT. Roland has been on the FMI board since early on and gives great stability and wisdom to our ministry. He also serves on the Executive board. He and his wife, Betsy, have three grown children and a little grand daughter (with another grandchild on the way!!).
DORIS NEWMAN Doris is a disciple of Jesus. She is a beloved mother, grandmother, and wife of our brother Don, who is asleep in Christ. Doris has served the Lord through the years in so many capacities that they can't all be shared here. She especially has been a marvelous organist in many Evangelical churches both in Canada and here in the states. She takes the place of her husband Don in giving us wise counsel and supporting the ministry in prayer.
DOUG CLARK
Doug is a business man who loves Jesus. He and his wife Lale have led adult ministries in their churches. Doug worked for years with Shop-Rite and now is a franchise owner of Chick-fil-A restaurants in southern NJ. Doug and Lale have participated with David & Marcy in ministry since the '80's. They are proud grandparents too. Doug is always there for us.

LOUIS "PETE" COOK
Pete was one of the early founding board members. He was a "Dad" to David and Marcy and interceded for and gave wise counsel to the Alves and the board. Pete was also a father to the men at New Life and others in his home state of Illinois. He will be greatly missed. But we will Soon see him again face to face in the New Jerusalem when our Savior Returns.
DON NEWMAN
Reverend Don Newman was a founding board member. He mentored David when David first came to know Christ. He has served in many ministries in many capacties. He served as the Minister of Music at Gateway Cathedral and most recently at the EV Free Church in Trexlertown, PA. He also served as the Program Director and Concert Director at Bible Town in Boca Raton, FL. He has founded several ministries, most notably, the Teen Ranches in Australia. Don has brought experience, wisdom, and a parenting perspective to Frontline and his wife, Doris, continues this legacy to us.
