David & Marcy want people to KNOW Jesus. The Local church reflects Jesus Christ to the world. It needs to be biblically and spiritually healthy. Healthy churches are growing churches! Larger churches can afford the outside perspective that helps to foster such health. However, churches in the small places cannot usually afford to bring church consultants and itinerant ministries in.
So David & Marcy go to the small places--the field which God has assigned to them. When there, they focus on the Father who delights to bless His children, who consistently brings Encouragement and Revitalization through their lives, resulting in spiritually healthy ministries. They talk about God's favorite name. They give examples of how Christ is at work transforming people in the small places. They share the glory of God in the face of Christ. The announce the royal reign of God and they pray in power with results.
God sends them ahead to places He plans to visit--as a couple--to bring to families, local churches, and groups the encouragement, spiritual blessing, or breakthrough that every congregation needs and benefits from. - Consultation for small churches and leaders. David & Marcy have experience in church health and revitalization, as well as in cell church leadership and transitioning.
- Local Missions Training - more and more, individual small churches are adopting people groups and developing relationships with nationals HERE in the states. Prepare and mobilize your people for short-term missions and local outreach. We share how one region is being impacted by its local churches through a ministry called "The Root Cellar." Winning people to Christ through loving relationships.

Choose From Three Possible Senarios for your Church or Group
1. Sunday or Weeknight Special Meetings

Weeknight Special Meeting - David can meet with leaders (elders, deacons, or small group leaders), small group, house group, or he can preach to the gathered body. He can also attend an elder's/deacon's meeting to exhort and encourage them to share how God brought New Life Fellowship's leadership community to unity and agreement so that no one has been able to drive a wedge in for over 10 years.
2. Weekend - Retreats (choose type and theme above) OR David and Marcy teach seminars on Saturday OR meet with leadership (consultation). David will preach in the Morning on Sunday. They can also stay for Sunday night if the need exists.
3. Renewal Week - David and Marcy arrive Thursday to meet with a small group or leadership group (they can do the same on Friday night.) Saturday they are available teach seminars or meet with leaders at a BBQ or other relaxed format at someone's home. Sunday David begins the first message of a series which runs through Wednesday night.
