Camps/Conference Center Staff Retreats
One of the greatest needs in Christian Camps and Conferences ministry is the spiritual formation and refreshment of camp/conference staff. So much ministry for others is the direct result of their service and giving. The most effective way to guarantee the ongoing fruit of a camp/conference ministry is to provide an annual special weekday retreat for staff and family. At another facility. We can make a reciprocal arrangement for you and your staff to meet mid-week at another camp/conference center where it will be our honor to speak and share our lives with you there. This is a much neglected ministry and we hope you'll call us to serve you in this capacity. Church staffs can also participate in this type of ministry. We have one format that evolves depending on how many times we're with you over the years:

We all know that the family is the battleground in the 21st Century. For the past 13 years, we have shared practical, biblically sound principles and habits that can serve as the foundation for healthy marriages. Some of our weekend titles include:

Artists and writers need space and time away from their environment where they can focus and be stimulated to spiritual creativity. In these retreats, we share a Christian aesthetic through a prerequisite assignment and in dinner-conversations. The rest of the time is for focused work on a current project. These are sponsored by the hosting camp/conference center as one of their retreats. Perhaps it's time to give this a try at your facility. This works especially well if your facility/camp is outside a large city. Many are the Christian artists who would like some time in a rural context to begin or finish a project.
